One of the first graduates of the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program offered through the Orange County Chamber of Commerce is now Manager of the program. Cindy Marsh-Croll, who is President of Croll Productive Synergy, became the EAP Manager officially in August 2011. Productivity and Efficiency Expert Cindy Marsh-Croll has been the owner of Croll Productive Synergy for more than seven years. Ms. Marsh-Croll has over 25 years’ experience in multiple business settings including operating her own business and is Lean Office Certified through the University of Michigan. Her expertise is streamlining businesses, enabling them to operate better and faster than their competition.
Ms. Marsh-Croll developed and facilitated customized seminars for non-profits, including West Point American Society of Military Comptrollers, Westchester Disabled on The Move, Inc., Orange County Youth Bureau, Mental Health Association in Orange County, Inc., Youth Development Action Team, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Middletown Business Professional Women’s Club. At Marist College, Sullivan County Community College and the Hudson Valley Business Edge conferences, she has conducted personal productivity and business workshops.
Ms. Marsh-Croll finds helping businesses to be successful through the EAP program very rewarding and loves working with her EAP clients. She is passionate about educating organizations, managers and employees on how they can increase their profits, productivity and reduce costs through consultations, training and implementing Lean Office principles.
